It’s Christmas time!  There’s so much to do and so little time.  So anything that can help cut the time it takes to do something is great.  So when I found out that Lovable Labels makes Gift Seals and Holiday Address labels, I was excited.   Since I love to make homemade gifts for family and friends, I spend a lot of time on projects.  The Gift seals fit perfectly on canned goods.  And they look so great on any gift!  I just slap one on and I’m good to go.  Anyone knows how long it takes to address Christmas cards, so address labels are a must.  I know I’m not a fan of writing my return address on 50 Christmas cards! Return address labels make it easy to get them done and put it in the mailbox.

Lovable Labels has a huge line of labels to choose from.  You can pick from Slimline Stickers, Iron-ons,  Bag Tags and more.

Lovable Labels has generously supplied us with a pack of “Holly Jolly Gift Pack ” for one lucky winner!  Thanks, Lovable Labels!

Contest open to Canadian and US residents only 18 years old and older. Contest ends 12/4/11 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Winner will be chosen using Rafflecopter.com. Winner will have 48 hours to respond to my email. If winner does not claim their prize in the 48 hour period, a new winner will be chosen at random.

{2011 Holiday Gift Guide}The Stoplight Alarm Clock #giftgiveaway

Photobucket

Do you ever get woke in the middle of the night or super early in the morning by your child wanting to know if it’s time to get up?  Well the Stoplight Alarm Clock is the Solutions to this problem.

The Stoplight Alarm Clock is easy to set. When the red light is on, children know that it’s still time to sleep. When the green light turns comes on, they know that it is time to get out of bed. Once the green light comes on, it will stay on for an hour and then turn itself off.  You can even set it to a beeping alarm to wake a child up. And it even has a nightlight feature that can be used separately.

You can get either the boy or girl car.  They are both so cute!

Jace likes to get up super early and wants to get out of bed.  And the time change made things worse!  So the Stoplight Alarm Clock came just at the right time.  While Jace doesn’t follow it every day it has helped on some mornings…but that’s more of my stubborn son not wanting to follow what he’s been told!

Here’s Jace’s V-blog review:

{2011 Holiday Gift Guide}Inkoos

Photobucket

My son doesn’t like to color in a coloring book.  I’ve not met many boys that do.  But leave him alone in a room with a marker and something is going to be colored, whether it’s a wall, toy or himself.  I don’t know how many times I’ve told him he can’t do it and how many times he’s cleaned something up for doing it.  He still does it.  So when he started seeing the commercials for the new Inkoos, he thought it was the greatest thing since white bread!

You draw all over your Inkoos with a washable marker and then toss it in the washer and it comes clean.  Each inkoos character includes the Inkspiration Wheel, plus 3 washable markers with a cool clip-on design so you can keep them handy for whenever Inkspiration strikes!

When a package arrived on our door step last week, Jace couldn’t wait to see what great review item we received this time.  He knew it was something for him when he had to pick up the living room before we opened it.

He couldn’t believe that we got an Inkoo for review.  His mouth just dropped open and he just sat there in shock!  Then he started jumping around yelling!  The company ended up sending us a purple one and a pink one.  He wasn’t too happy about the colors but decided that the pink kinda looked red, so it would be okay.

We hurried had a blasted all over the purple one, so I could test out how well they washed out.

Here’s the Inkoo right before going into the wash.  You just wash with normal detergent on warm.

And here it is just out of the washer, still wet.  Perfectly clean!

It says to for best results to wash with in 48 hours but on our pink one I let it sit for 3 days before washing and it still came right out!

Here’s Jace’s v-blog:

{2011 Holiday Gift Guide} Discount School Supply – Kitchen Toys

Photobucket

When you hear of a toy kitchen items the first person you think of who it would make a great gift for is a girl. But this is not complete true. Both boys and girls love to play kitchen.  And I believe that it’s good for your sons to play kitchen, since they see daddy in the kitchen.  You want them to make good husbands some day right?

Jace loves to play kitchen and he says it’s one of his favorite things to do at preschool.  Discount School Supply provided us for review a 4 piece Kitchen Appliance set and a 45 piece Grocery Set.   I love shopping at Discount School Supply because they have so many items that you can’t find at stores like Walmart!

The day the Appliance set arrived we cooked all night long!  Jace loves the blender.

Set includes:

  • toaster
  • mixer
  • blender
  • coffee pot

A few days later the set of grocery foods came.  Then out came the shopping basket and cash register and we pretend shopped until we dropped.  I’m sure glad that I don’t really have to pay $14,853 for the weeks groceries!

Grocery set  includes:

  • baked beans
  • cereal
  • cheese
  • cookies
  • milk
  • juice
  • salad dressing
  • soup
  • and more

“Food” cartons are made of heavy-duty corrugated cardboard for longer lasting play fun.

Check out what Jace has to say about the Kitchen toys:

{2011 Holiday Gift Guide}Dustin Mahers Fit Moms for Life DVD

Photobucket

Like most mom’s I struggle with weight loss.  And being an adoptive mom, I can’t use the excuse that it’s baby weight.  So when I was contacted about reviewing Dustin Maher’s Fit Moms for Life program, I agreed.  I like to try new things to see what works best for me.

Like most exercise DVD’s I let it sit for awhile, dragging my feet to try it.  But once I did finally give it a try I was surprised that it’s more than just a workout DVD.  There’s Success stories, Nutrition lesson and they talk about why you should do before and after pictures alone with a few other things.

I received the 1st of a 12 part series.  Members of the Fit Moms for Life Club receive a new DVD workout each month.
I really liked the workout part itself.   I liked that it was done in a home, not a fancy studio.  There wasn’t a group of skinny women looking good while working out.  It was a real mom doing it and you could tell that she was really getting a work out.

Win your pick of Babytone DVD or the Fit Moms For Life DVD
