PHILADELPHIA Summer Potato Salad


This past weekend my mom, sister and sister in law went to a Taste of Home cooking show and this was one of the recipes that they made and I liked how quick and easy it was.  I made this tonight and it was so easy to make and would be great to take to a cookout or picnic!

PHILADELPHIA Summer Potato Salad
  • 3lb. new red potatoes, quartered
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Reduced Fat Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Creme
  • 1-1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • ¼ cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  1. PLACE potatoes in 2-qt. microwaveable dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 min. or just until potatoes are tender; drain. Place in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  2. REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until completely cooled.
  3. ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
